At your request, we will introduce you to a Loan Officer from our trusted partner Shelter Mortgage who will assess your unique financial situation and will recommend the ideal mortgage to meet your needs.
Your Construction Manager will meet with you before we begin building your new home, oversee the construction process and track the schedule for your home's completion. This will ensure that the features and personal touches you selected are completed to our exacting specifications and that your home is ready by your move-in date.
Once you move in, our Customer Service Team is there to give you peace of mind. We stand proudly behind the homes that we build offer a full two-year transferrable warranty - double the industry's standard warranty. We also offer a ten-year Bonded Builders warranty that is transferable. You will rest easy knowing that you purchased a Holiday Builders Home.
