Culture Committee
• The goal of our Culture Committee is to preserve and promote our Holiday Builders culture and ESOP. The Culture Committee is not concerned with profit or loss and each of the committee members have an equal voice - regardless of position or title within the company.

Full-time Holiday Builders personnel are eligible after one year of employment, to be included in our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) which is set up as a retirement account. This investment is 100% company funded. This is an important and exciting part of our benefits package.
