Steve Eschler

Agent Info: I am originally from Lansing, Michigan but I have not lived up north in over 20 years. While I was growing up in Michigan I would also come live with my father in Mobile, Alabama part of the year. I always enjoyed my visits to Mobile. The weather and people were always much warmer.

I am really glad to be working for Holiday Builders, Inc. I am excited for the opportunity and know the company really has a good grasp of the home building business. My background is mostly in real estate but from a few different areas of the business. I originally entered into the business as a loan wholesale representative for Fremont Investment and Loan. After I left Fremont I took a position with Marcus and Millichap of Florida where I was an associate realtor specializing in multi-family properties.

Most of my hobbies revolve around sports activities. I enjoy playing baseball with my two boys Jacob who is seven and Lukas who is five. I love watching most major sporting events and I also enjoy hitting some golf balls at the range but usually avoid actually playing golf due to my skill deficiencies.

I love living in Mobile because of the people, weather and the multitude of outdoor activities you can get involved in. The beach is only about an hour away and many waterways are even closer if you enjoy boating or fishing. I just recently got my boat captains state certificate and I have been enjoying cruising up dog river and out into the bay south to Dauphin Island bridge or north to the marshes. It is wonderful to see all of the wildlife or just enjoy the view.

I attended college at Coastal Carolina University where I graduated with a BA degree in European History. The school is only about 15 miles outside of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina which is also a wonderful beach town. I thoroughly enjoyed my college years.

Overall, I am looking forward to the opportunity of helping you realize your dream of home ownership with assisting you purchase a New Holiday Builders Home.
